Systemic is an approach to experiencing the nestedness of a living system in its functionality. It has the potential to reveal the dynamics between stakeholders, patterns of separation and the overall tensegrity of the system at focus (family, team, project). Therefore during the session, one can observe and experience the 3D map of the chosen system, gain insights about connections between elements and be guided through needed interventions based on the request.

Regenerative constellation refers to the bioregional focus and systemic work facilitated in an acknowledgement and connection to the land where stakeholders are located. It also includes the fields of nested systems that are present at the locality and reveals the connections between such, unlocking the dynamics from the past and bringing the flow of potential and restoration.

No previous experience is needed for beginners.
