Systemic is a way to experience the nestedness of a living system in its functionality. It has the potential to reveal the dynamics between stakeholders, patterns of separation and the overall tensegrity of the system at focus (family, team, project). Therefore during the session, one can observe and experience the 3D map of the chosen system, gain insights about connections between elements and be guided through needed interventions based on the request.

Regenerative constellation refers to the bioregional focus and systemic work facilitated in acknowledging and connecting to the land where stakeholders are located. Therefore it includes the local fields, reveals their interconnectedness and unlocks the dynamics from the past to bring the flow of potential and restoration.

No previous experience is needed for beginners.
